Support worker/Educational Assistant 

We are very lucky to have Fabiola as part of our team. 

Fabiola assists with our child and teen group programs and brings her kind and warm approach to everything she does.  

Fabiola is a support worker who works across the lifespan.  She is very flexible in her style and is passionate about providing the type of support you are looking for. 

Fabiola really appreciates that welcoming a stranger into your home can be daunting and works with you to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible.  Fabiola can also accompany you or your child to activities, appointments, or other jobs outside the home.

In addition to her significant support work experience, Fabiola additionally has worked extensively as an Educational Assistant in local schools.  This experience makes her invaluable for children or teenagers who may be engaged in homeschooling, struggling with school attendance, or just need an extra hand with school work.  Fabiola can complete this work at your home or at Russell-Smith and Co.

Fabiola's hourly rate is $65 (minimum shift hours may apply and travel costs incurred are additional).
